Chocolate Pink Cafe

For this design/build project, HEI built out a two-story specialty dessert shop and cooking school for Cousins Properties located in the 905 Juniper building. The café construction was comprised of a prep area, refrigerated retail displays, a separate demonstration kitchen, and a unique customer eating area. A high level of coordination between the electrical and plumbing systems was required for the installation of the preparation and refrigeration equipment.
