The three-story, Tuft House was built in 1917 by the
EMORY UNIVERSITY/ O. WAYNE ROLLINS RESEARCH BUILDING/ Behavioral & Neurobiological Research & Surgical Laboratory
The renovation of an existing administration office area to house a research laboratory for the observation of behavioral characteristics and the surgical manipulation of mice. The surgical area includes installation of stainless-steel ductwork, which produced negative air pressure for the surgical procedures. Finishes included seamless epoxy flooring with 6” integral base in surgical area.

HEI renovated the Student Health Service Centers for the Dunwoody
