HEI renovated the Northside Parkway Harry Norman Office, including Lobby, Reception and Office areas. Existing carpet and slate tile were removed in the Lobby area and a forty-year old slab was exposed. Slab areas were patched, then scored in a checkerboard pattern and stained. New wood crown and base was installed along with, a new reception desk, stone countertops and miscellaneous office cabinetry throughout. The exterior façade was pointed, patched and painted. The end product was a clean crisp office exterior and interior update.
